Within Biodiversity Genomics Europe (BGE), under the Metabarcoding for Biomonitoring Task 6.2, we have developed a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the metabarcoding of bulk arthropod samples, covering the laboratory workflows that follow terrestrial field sampling for the High Mountain Systems and Pollinator Communities case studies.
