Installation

git clone https://github.com/German-BioImaging/bioimageaipub/bioimageaipub.git 
cd bioimageaipub 
pip install -r requirements.txt 

Usage

BioimageAIpub is supplied as a Python library. See demo/demo.ipynb for a Python notebook demonstrating the usage.
