Using: - vadr annotation (**model to select**) - vardict variant caller - coverage depth Provides summarizing files: - **png image** of **variant calling** with **annotations** and **coverage depths** - **tsv file** with all information of **significant variants only** - **vcf file** with all information of **significant variants only** (to allow downstream NextStrain analyses)
